December 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Barrhead & District FCSS Society: 55+ Zumba FREE. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable but snug clothing and running shoes. Water can be provided, but a personal water bottle is encouraged. Participants are responsible for their own towels, if needed. Drop-ins are welcome!
