This program incorporates exercise and socialization to improve our mental and physical health! Fully accessible facilities means that you can bring your walker, wheelchair, strollers, etc.! Drop-ins are welcome! Happening at the Barrhead Agrena Walking Track or community trails when the weather is nice.

Christy Travis is a Community Librarian with the Lois Hole (Callingwood) Library. She has worked for EPL for 16 years. Her areas of expertise include adult programming, customer service and community outreach.
